Prepay customization and support hours at a $50 standard rate. Work is scoped and approved before it begins. Standard working hours are 10:00 AM–5:00 PM London time (GMT/BST).

Standard work is scoped and approved before work begins and is delivered during 10:00 AM–5:00 PM London time (GMT/BST). Multipliers apply only to urgent work explicitly approved by the customer in advance. They stack when more than one condition applies and increase the hours deducted from the package.
